Hi my name Peter Johnson and I play basketball for my college in Pennsylvania, USA. I was trying to get a scholarship into the best University to become a pro player. To do this I needed to get the physical edge.
Basically, I trained every single day to get that little bit better everyday... and it did help. Each day I became more and more focused on my goal. I got to a level where I was competing with pros that could jump that extra inch higher than me to get that slam dunk. That\'s when I realised that I needed to concentrate all my efforts on my vertical jump.
I tried different techniques, including running up and down stairs, knee exercises, toe raises etc. and although they were all quite fun, it didn\'t seem to work. Then a fellow player introduced me to The Jump Manual. I decided to have a look as I needed something to work.
The results were amazing, the training program gave me my own personal trainer and I could see results within a couple of weeks. I took the time and effort to go through the whole program from start to finish and it was fantastic!
